Supply Chain Analyst
Current- Provide Supply Chain operations support for Re-Manufactured transmissions and torque converters for General Motors vehicles.- Create weekly reports showing updates on cost per unit (CPU) for each 4 speed sub-line as well as build rate analysis charts (Waterfalls) showing daily rates vs future production plans.- Conduct multiple production planning meetings each week in order to formulate plans for 4 speed assembly line build schedules.- Provide weekly updates to backorder report for applicable 4 speed transmission units.- Participate in weekly conference calls with GM representatives to discuss critical and past due transmission and production parts.- Responsible for providing weekly service parts schedule to all plant/production floor supervisors for 4, 6, 9 speed and Allison divisions.- Manually inspect and sign-off on all service part shipments prior to leaving the facility.- Create and distribute weekly TMS numbers for daily/weekly truck shipments.- Provide weekly updates and adjustments to outlining the next 48 weeks.- Conduct weekly floor counts for transmission cores to assist in production planning.
