•Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.•Motivate, manage and develop a group of administrators to ensure all productivity goals, quality requirements and deadlines are met, prioritizing tasks and resources as necessary•Coach and develop all staff to reach optimum levels of performance in both their communication and administrative skills with particular emphasis on external contacts.•Perform regular motivational one-on-one sessions with staff•Effectively manage team meetings•Conduct staff performance review and identify the training needs of each individual•Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls. •Management of agency budget in coordination with the CEO
