My divisions of tasks are distributed at two different levels: Business Development & Project Management!1. 'Digital Project': in 2014/15 we digitalized and automated the online order entries, towards the customers/partners/resellers, by implementing a new CMS system for 3 different front-ends (DCC Energi.dk, DCConline.dk & own internet reseller site) and also ensuring fully automated back-end processes to be 99% automated.C. 'Implementation Project': Led the project for integrating an acquired “Natural gas” business unit from Shell in 2013/14. In the project we implemented a new ERP/back-end platform to operate the new business.
