Managed the Service functional team in rollout of battery electric vehicles (BEV) and fuel-cell (FCEV) class-8 tractors to transportation industry. Integral member of the go to market strategy to ensure execution, utilization and reliability of clean, zero emissions, alternative fuel transportation solutions. Service team is responsible for executing client & dealer change management for world class BEV rollouts and optimizing tractor utilization. Service team executes the after-sales part "sourcing to shelf", serviceability of new tractor designs, warranty management, monitoring & field service escalation, DOT & CDL training and technician certification academy. Team supports service aspects in North America and Europe.

Led multiple business units across the country to deliver safe, reliable and cost effective fleet equipment solutions to internal and external customers. C&S is the largest wholesale grocery distributor in the U.S. Private fleet consisting of 900 company as well as 900 contract carrier tractors, 7,500 refrigeration and dry trailers with 14 in-house fleet maintenance facilities. Migrated company fleet asset ownership from perpetual maintenance to perpetual replacement, yielding increases in fleet fuel efficiency, safety performance and driver satisfaction/retention. Fleet membership in NACFE and a participating in "RUN ON LESS REGIONAL" study.

Member of executive board responsible for business growth, productivity and M&A activity. Provided all services and procurement for 1,250 tractors & 4,500 trailer assets. Led fleet support functions for internal as well as owner-operator segment of the business. Fleet recognized as "Safest Fleet in North America" award multiple years as well as the "Best Fleets to Drive For".

Leading fleet sustainability initiatives and strategy of private fleet comprised of class 8 and light-duty route trucks. Drive productivity with fuel saving tactics and aero advantaged assets with industry leading associations, peer fleets and governmental agencies. Managed operational rollouts of alternative fuel assets and infrastructure projects to support the local fleet execution. Infrastructure was tailored for locations with multiple structure options from owned to lead tenant scenarios.

Held various fleet equipment managerial roles in several facilities: Kansas City, MO, Chicago Ridge, IL, St. Louis, MO and Phoenix, AZ. Phoenix position was with West Ex (Yellow Corp. subsidiary) now operated by SAIA Motor Freight.
