• Assume control and responsibility for all WIP; including scheduling, budgeting, reporting, invoicing, quality assurance, and cost effectiveness.• Responsible for assessing current processes, recommending efficient alternatives, implementing agreed upon solutions.• Guiding facility through all technical, procedural and leadership changes. • Providing support, leadership, education, and feedback to company stakeholders in order to effectively manage necessary changes.• Improve communication within the entire organization and establish routine communication standards. • Work with all inter-company departments to resolve flow, communication and procedural issues.• Responsible for enforcing all company changes, holding leadership and employees accountable for their responsibilities while creating a unified team atmosphere.

The mission of the EDA includes improving the commercial and industrial tax base within the county, marketing the county for new business development opportunities and promoting and maintaining a high quality of life in Becker County by encouraging affordable housing development and private investment through a collaborative effort with units of government and other interested organizations.The Board of Directors shall be responsible for setting organizational policy and for the overall operations of the EDA. Activities include, but are not limited to:• Recommends revisions to the organization’s Enabling Resolution;• Recommends and approves the organization's Bylaws;• Annually Elects Officers;• Annually recommends and approves the organization's Governmental General Fund budget;• Approves and recommends the creation and termination of housing and economic development programs;• Adopts, revises and rescinds organizational policy and guidelines;• Approves and recommends any new debt obligation;• Adopts Administrative Guidelines related to housing and economic development procedures;• Approves contracts; and• Takes other actions which are delegated to the Board of Directors.

• Directing department activities and ensuring that production is in accordance with customer requirements, TAKT times and Lean manufacturing practices• Implementing improvements within the department via Kaizen events• Ensuring work meets quality standards. Reviewing non-conforming materials with the Material Review Board. Follow through on quality issues by identifying root cause and recommending solutions• Monitoring and providing department budget compliance updates to management as applicable• Directing and assigning work to production employees• Verifying that employees possess the necessary training, skills and authorization to perform tasks• Ensuring employees perform work safely and in compliance with all policies and practices• Providing guidance to employees on work requirements, expectations and effective performance and compliance with Company policies, procedures and practices• Ensuring compliance with the terms of Collective Bargaining Agreement. Responding and addressing employee/labor relations matters as appropriate• Ensuring equipment is maintained and processes are carried out in compliance with Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures. Leading investigations and enforcing compliance as required• Maintaining and enforcing department standards of neatness, order and cleanliness
