I handled everything from ensuring proper work placement and pay as well as adequate headcount for each of our departments. This corresponded with a recruiting effort that required hiring nearly 200 new employees from January to September 2015.Perhaps what I'm most proud of in my brief stint as a labor rep was serving as the lone labor representative for my last several months in our HR department and reducing year-over-year grievances by more than 30%.
