Part of the National Trust’s response to the COVID-19 crisis has been to furlough over 80% of its staff. This has resulted in a handful of roles who are required to manage the full spectrum of regional marketing communications tasks in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Since March 2020 I have been acting as Communications Lead for the London and South.

As Digital Lead I led the strategic direction of the National Trust’s digital communications activity across the London and South East region. This role held regional accountability for; organic social media content, seasonal web content, paid social media advertising, PPC and SEO.

The role of Marketing Manager at Chatham Historic Dockyard Trust includes responsibility for; creation of online and off-line marketing, web strategy, content management and content generation, managing the delivery of digital projects, co-ordination and commissioning of market research, customer/visitor relations, enforcement of brand guidelines and web.
