As a Technical BA on the Service Methods team, I was a key team member in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting the org's product and processes while solutioning pain points. The Shared Services team develops AWS microservices to seamlessly integrate Aldo Group's front-end and back-end ecom systems. We've previously replicated an Informatica MDM solution on consumer information into an in-house solution we call CPS (Consumer Profile Services).
