I have over 7 years of experience in site development, stormwater design and NJDEP Permitting.My experience in site development includes work for private and public developments (large and small projects), subdivision applications, roadway design, ADA Access evaluation and design, structural inspections of parking decks/building in need or rehabilitation, as well as retaining wall design. My stormwater design and experience is focused on surface and subsurface basin design, design of water quality systems, pipe networks, and drainage improvements for both private and municipal systems. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with the NJDEP obtaining approvals for many permits and LOI’s on sites with a number of environmental constraints. Our team has expanded our permitting capabilities by utilizing HEC-RAS to determine the floodway of unstudied streams. These HEC-RAS models help to understand site constraints and have been used for stream/culvert crossing applications.
