Heading operations of the Foreign market desk, Trading in US Dollar, Euro, GBP ,AUD, JPY deposits and FX Trading (USD/LKR spot).Providing intermediary service to all the Indian banks globally in deposit requirements. Also serving Qatari, Omani, Mauritian and Chinese banks in their deposit requirements. Which Include providing daily market rates via Thomson Reuters Dealing, Eikon Messenger and over the phone, identifying individual banks requirements on a daily basis. Trading from Overnight deposits upto 12 mos deposits in the above mentioned currencies.Currently managing a team of four dealers, assigned to the foreign operations desk. Apart from trading and management activities, my duties assign me to explore global market opportunities to link new geographical findings to one another and tie up relationships amongst new banks in various geographical locations.currently serving centers such as Sydney, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sri Lanka, India, Dubai, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Europe, London, New York.
