Director Of Communications
Current• Develop and lead marketing and communications initiatives to increase the profile of Fenway Health and further individual program and policy initiatives focused on the LGBTQIA+ community, people living with HIV/AIDS, health care access, and a progressive public health policy• Supervise a diverse and creative group of graphic and digital design, social media management, web development, and content generation staff• Interface proactively and reactively with reporters and media organizations • Oversee Fenway's online presence, including fenwayhealth.org and other web sites, social media accounts, and mass email communications • Manage Fenway’s external relationships with public relations consultants, printers and other communications vendors• Create and distribute internal messaging in partnership with other leaders and departments across the organization• Evolve, manage, and maintain signage in response to the changing needs of the organization and the broader healthcare environment• Ensure successful initiation, planning and execution of projects undertaken by department staff• Oversee functions related to the day-to-day and long-term operations of the Communications Department• Committees include: COVID-19 Incident Command, COVID-19 Testing and Respiratory Care Unit Workgroup, COVID-19 Vaccine Workgroup, Environment of Care Committee, and Telecommunications Improvement Workgroup
