CurrentMy role is to manage the day to day operations of our support team making sure that our high level of customer service is maintained. I also provide 3rd level support to clients when needed.I have a sound working knowledge of the following:1. Supporting Windows Server environments including Windows Server 2022 through to Windows Server 2012 R22. Supporting Windows Desktop environments including Windows 11 and 10.3. Supporting OS X and Linux environments4. Administering and configuring Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments (inc migration)5. Administering and configuring virtual solutions using either Microsoft Hyper-V or Oracle Virtualbox6. Very strong troubleshooting skills with ACT!, Sage and Syrinx7.
