Responsible for the large-scale purification of vaccine products on a 12-hour overnight rotation via column chromatography, UF/DF, and bulk fill in a cGMP environment. Additional responsibilities include column packing and testing; writing, testing, and updating Unicorn methods; and reading, writing, and updating SOPs and batch records.

Assisted in the research effort to culture and scale various species of plants from solid to liquid media in order to preserve viable cell lines in a sterile environment and submit samples to scan for bioreactive compounds. Also coordinated daily and weekly media changes, media preparation, autoclaving, and new employee training.

Provided pre-hospital care to emergency patients in an extremely fast-paced environment while coordinating our efforts with various other emergency crews including police, fire, and paramedics.

Held one-on-one and group review sessions in the general chemistry series, organic chemistry, thermodynamics, physics, and differential equations.
