Current-Provide basic customer assistance in creating and unlocking accounts, troubleshooting user issues, providing maintenance as needed to systems according to their baseline hardening guidelines-Setup computers for specific tasks, ensuring correct software and hardware is installed and functions correctly.-Rebuild drives after system crashes, installing operating system, software applications and attempt to recover user data and restore it to system.-Create system documentation detailing the specific configuration of user accounts, software and hardware settings for specific sets of systems within a given lab to ensure proper configuration by any system administrator that supports the lab.-Assessing and upgrading computer systems to Windows 10 per DON directive, ensuring that the upgrade will work with the lab's current system configuration and operational environment. -Provide one-on-one user education and training on the use of systems as needed.-Collaborate with customers to find solutions to issues and in pre-planning for new equipment.-Provide mentoring and training to SAs and Enhanced Users within the Energetics areas. -Interface with customers and ISSO to be sure cybersecurity policies and procedures are being met.-Maintain good cyber security pratices and compliance.-Maintain IT equipment tracking and changes within secured area.-Provide POC support for NMCI users, arrange fixes and provide paperwork for changes to systems and arcitecture per client needs.
