I focus my practice on complex commercial litigation and construction litigation involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, and trade secret misappropriation, among other things. I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in state courts, federal courts, and arbitration.I also have experience serving as counsel for general contractors and subcontractors across Texas in construction defect and breach of contract actions. In addition, I regularly advise both homeowners and contractors on available actions and defenses related to the Texas Residential Construction Liability Act ("RCLA"). Over the years, I've represented a variety of businesses in the manufacturing industry including those operating in specialized fields of sublimation, steel assembly and coating, and industrial hydraulic lift suspensions.
