Current* Advance strategic communications across storytelling, media relations, content development, internal communications, email marketing, website and numerous other channels.* Execute media outreach campaigns and ghost write articles for senior leaders resulting in placement in The New York Times, Fast Company, Entrepreneur, Wired, TIME, CNN, Fortune, Business Insider and numerous local, trade and industry publications.• Secure speaker placement at high-profile events including SXSW, Fast Company Innovation Festival, TEDxChicago, Indy Day of Innovation, Forbes Healthcare Summit and other strategic conferences• Member of CannonDesign's NEXT Council, an in-house emerging leadership development program.• Conceived, co-authored and project managed Designing Dreams: An Official Deja the Dynamo Adventure, CannonDesign's first-ever children's book.• Develop and execute strategic communications efforts focused on securing top-tier event speaking and thought leadership opportunities for the firm's senior leaders• Counsel the firm’s executive and senior business leaders on communications strategy relative to mergers, the introduction of new services, and key projects and clients• Communications liaison for Amp, CannonDesign's in-house innovation incubator.• Part of team that developed CannonDesign's new website and leading evolution of the firm's digital communications and content strategy.• Developed and implemented communications plans for annual business plan rollouts, strategic frameworks, multiple mergers and acquisitions and key new hires• Team with firm’s senior leadership to identify and select key consultant firms relative to web design, brand marketing communications and public relations• Assist in the hiring of department staff and onboarding of senior leaders in the firm• Research and write press releases, articles, collateral, survey responses and award submissions
