Over the past year, I have been working with the Center for Human Sexuality Studies at Widener University to support students and faculty at one of the only fully accredited programs in sexuality education in the United States. I served as a member of the senior leadership team at GSA Network during a period of transition and organizational restructuring and as the Principal Investigator and Director for a CDC-funded project on supporting LGBTQ+ youth in schools across the country by providing technical and capacity-building assistance to districts. GSA Network is a next-generation LGBTQ+ youth organization focused on empowering youth leaders, training adult allies, and uniting transgender and queer youth for gender and racial justice. For four years, I served as a member of the senior leadership team at the NSRC in the Department of Sexuality Studies, one of five global centers focused on sexuality, society, and health funded by the Ford Foundation. My primary responsibilities focused on providing training and education to undergraduate and graduate students who were interested in careers in sexuality education, research, and therapy.
