Planned and executed the Master Scenario Event List working groups to ensure the scenario, simulations, and Complex Battlefield Injects were nested with the training audience’s training objectives and provided realistic effects between BLUFOR and OPFOR. Analyzed, assessed, and managed the training requirements of subordinate battalions and developed the brigade’s annual and quarterly training guidance. Coordinated with staffs of higher, lower, supporting, supported, and adjacent units. Synchronized sustainment support to supported units during Armistice and Contingency operations. Lead planner for the sustainment planning for inclusion into the brigade operations order and the production of the brigade’s concept of support. Planned, coordinated, and executed the brigade concept of support for the 2nd Stryker Brigade’s rotation at the National Training Center in Fort Irwin, California.
