Provided Concierge services for a corporate high rise building in downtown Chicago for Zeller. This included requests for private dining, hotel stays, gifts, and more. Managed Conference Center available for tenants to rent which included booking, catering needs, A/V assistance, billing, and tracking monthly revenue.• Planned and executed multi-faceted project for the Zeller Property Conference in 2021 and 2022. This included recommending and securing a private boat charter and another social outing, as well as Conference Center set up and catering.• Created valuable resources for teammates, including during COVID lockdowns.
