Working with leading hyperscalers to develop next generation cloud infrastructure by ensuring a cohesive high speed interconnect portfolio. Projects include networking, storage, and compute applications, but my focus and passion is for hardware acceleration / AI. I love to work at the earliest stages of product development; the top of the funnel. I strive to understand the problems that need solved, identify trends, and exploit these "problems" into opportunities by providing solutions that make an impact for the business and industry. I'm infatuated with the iterative process of design / engineering. There is no better feeling than to see a product move through the design loops from paper to CAD to physical prototypes to production products.

Lead development engineer on STRADA Whisper cable backplane product family. Responsible for differential pair design and development. Worked closely with signal integrity engineers to optimize for high speed performance (25Gbps --> 56Gbps --> 112Gbps). Worked on networking, compute, storage, and hardware acceleration applications with well known Hyperscalers / Cloud Service Providers.

Comprehensive quality engineering support for the development of the STRADA Whisper cable backplane product family. Worked closely with manufacturing engineers to develop and optimize component and assembly manufacturing processes. Led efforts in signal integrity testing and data analysis. Worked with vendors to build and implement an automated machine vision system to inspect the true position of electrical contacts. Annual trips to manufacturing facilities in China to setup and audit manufacturing lines.
