I have just joined Vocalink, a Mastercard company in a new role, as their Director for the Risk Framework. I am very much looking forward to the new challenge.In Feb 2020 I joined HSBC in the Operational & Resilience Risk team after spending 6 great years at The Bank of England.I was responsible for HSBC's global non-financial risk management framework, operational resilience framework and the management of the risk taxonomy and control library. I oversaw the global implementation and compliance with the continually maturing frameworks, driving a strong risk policy culture.Previously I was Head of Operations, Cyber Security Division, at the Bank of England. Prior to that at the RBS Group for 17 years, including 12 years at Coutts.I have undertaken some exciting roles in recent years including driving the Bank of England to achieve ISO27001, a secondment as Project Director to develop the Cross-sector Safety & Security Communications project (CSSC) - a multi award winning Olympic legacy project designed to keep the businesses of London safe and secure with fast time, accurate and authoritative communications.I had previously spent two years as the Business Manager to the Director of Security & Risk RBS Group co-located in London/Edinburgh.
