I would rather collaborate with co-workers and innovate better ways to streamline solutions. The greatest feeling is applying solutions to issues standing in the way of success.

Provide network administration and customer support for local/remote users around the world. User support to include: Application, OS, Hardware, Database, Security and configuration support, and of course all other duties as assigned.Network administration duties to include: modifying user accounts within the custom databases designed for our web application. Currently maintaining 30+ blade servers to include configuring group policies, running multiple security scans and reviewing logs, and applying updates to hardware/software when needed. Working with many different entities does make it difficult to get required tasks accomplished but if communicated correctly and those involved are persistent... any goal can be achieved.Hardware/Software support for the Polycom VTC as well for meetings scheduled.
