Responsible for commercial real estate lending and production for the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul market at US Bank. Direct the sourcing of our loan and non-credit pipeline for clients while managing the collaboration of our sales and support team in vetting of business and improving deliverables to clients and internal partners. Oversee the risk management of our CRE portfolio profile to help ensure timely addressment of issues and maintain the integrity of our market's lending business.

Serves as a national liaison for US Bank Commercial Real Estate for new lodging financing, providing internal guidance on structure and risk analysis as well as market data on permanent financing for lodging and on top 25 MSA's for hotel performance. Manages team of analysts to actively monitor the performance of the lodging portfolio for USB CRE so as to help make decisions on allocation of dollars for funding new lodging transactions given internal constraints as well as client concentration considerations.

Recruits, trains and manages commercial real estate analysts for US Bank's Minneapolis, Cincinnati and Columbus real estate markets. Oversees the underwriting and risk analysis of new and existing loans within the combined portfolio, directs the management of audit functions and responsibilities within the portfolio and assists in coordinating internal resources throughout the Midwest region to service internal and external partners. Responsibilities also include developing and putting into action training programs for new credit analysts for the entire region.
