Christopher practiced intellectual property and business litigation at Aronberg Goldgehn Davis & Garmisa. In this position he focused his practice on all aspects of intellectual property law including litigation, trademark prosecution, brand management, performance royalty recovery, and technology licensing. Christopher also worked with individuals and entrepreneurs, as well as mid-market companies through multinational brands on IP and business matters.Christopher has been recognized as a Rising Star in Intellectual Property Litigation by Illinois Super Lawyers each year since 2016.Christopher is admitted to practice in Illinois, before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and 7th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Christopher has represented clients nationwide in federal courts including the Southern District of New York, the Northern District of California, District of Massachusetts, Northern District of Georgia, as examples.

Christopher practiced intellectual property litigation and guided businesses to grow and protect their intellectual property portfolios as Of Counsel at Johnson & Bell, Ltd. in Chicago.

Christopher was a founding partner of Niro Law Group, LLC. Niro Law Group provides legal services including intellectual property and business litigation to clients ranging from individuals/entrepreneurs through multinational businesses. Christopher provides clients with sound counseling on business affairs and intellectual property matters including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

Senior Associate Litigation Counsel. Responsible for all aspects of complex intellectual property litigation including Patent, Trademark, Copyright and Trade Secret litigation as well as complex civil litigation. First chair trial experience in the Northern District of Illinois and Circuit Court of Cook County. Provide advice and assistance to companies regarding intellectual property management, including Trademark prosecution and enforcement. My practice also includes providing legal counseling on various matters including brand management, commercial contracts, business development, asset sales and procurement.
