We created Shoe Drop in December 2014 to revolutionize the shoe repair industry by making shoe care and repair services more accessible and transparent through a network of local "Drop Spots" available through the Shoe Drop app. Customers can also visit one of our retail locations if they would prefer to talk a cobble in person. As for accolades, we have been covered on WGN with two TV segments, had articles written about us in the Chicago Tribune and Crain's, and were recently awarded the Chicago Innovation's "Up and Comers" award. I am one of three co-founders and originally stepped into the VP of Sales role where I grew our concept into a network of over 200 Drop Spot partners (including Nordstrom, Saks, and Barneys) around the Chicago area. In addition to running sales, I took over operations at the start of 2016 and oversee our retail location and our 4,000 sq. foot repair facility to ensure the highest quality work is completed with max efficiency.We are excited to continue growing Shoe Drop into THE shoe repair brand in Chicago as well as a go-to nationally through a mail in program we will hopefully be rolling out in 2017.
