I was heavily involved and a core member for creating and running tests regarding new parameters in the PLM and ERP systems when opening new factories. Our tasks were to ensure that new system environments worked properly and that enough data existed before starting manufacturing at the new plants.

First year mainly mechanical engineering tasks with developing accessories for the charging stations (such as pay terminal and metering solutions required by regulations) but also improvements in weather protection and manufacturability of the main cabinets. After that mostly internal support, development and testing regarding our 3D- (Solidworks) and PLM- (Teamcenter) systems.

At Exel I mainly worked with planning, trial runs, troubleshooting and evaluation of new products including glass- and carbon fibers. Manufacturing was done by pultrusion or through drum pressing. The most extensive work was done regarding radoms for the 5G antennas and I was also involved in filing a patent regarding the new type of manufacturing for these. Cooperating with chemists, purchasing and machine operators we sought the best parameters for various product types and together with sales and customers we worked hard to find the optimum solutions.

For 2,5 years I was hired by my customer to work with projects in the process industry designing wet scrubbers, both for energy production and for shipping industry, using programs like SolidWorks (and SW pdm), ProArc, Comos, Navisworks and PDMS.

Responsible for the mechanical development of advanced water cooling stations. Using and maintaining SolidWorks 3D CAD and it's PDM Customworks. Additional programs are Oscar (cloud based ERP), heat exchange calculations and pump efficiency diagrams. Handling some of the communications with customers and suppliers. Testing and evaluating systems during prototyping and production.

Managing projects, design for function, optimizing products for customer needs to existing production standards using Pro/E/Creo 3D-CAD, technical and customer sale support in the field of electrical enclosures. Enclosures made from sheet steel or molded and machined plastics. Project responsible for the Scandinavian market.Experience from developing and manufacturing of enclosures used in demanding environments. Enclosures either custom made based on standard solutions or tailor made based completely on customer needs. Products tested to meet demands from various markets and regulations such as European; Japanese and American involving ATEX, CE-, Nema, and UL-certificates.Technical sales involving close cooperation with customers and suggesting cost efficient solutions. Communicating with factories in Finland and Estonia for establishing level of quality and developing improvements in manufacturing.Work mainly performed from home office with some meetings per month at our factories and with customers.

Mikkeli, Finland

Mechanical engineering and consultant with a few assignments on the Finnish market. Design tools used were Pro/E, AutoCAD Inventor and Solid Works.Assignments included among others machine for wood industry, gas detection devices and design of electrical enclosures.

Mainly sub-contractor for biotech, pharmaceutical manufacturing and medtech companies in Uppsala creating design and documentation, Sweden.

Helsinki, Finland

Designing and developing monitors and accessories for medical use using Pro/E as the design tool for DO in Helsinki. Parts designed made from sheet steel, molded plastics and machined metal. Products to be used in intensive care units across the world.Patent developed for mechanical filtration solution.Parts tested to meet American regulations (FDA) and documented accordingly.
