Working closely with global customers, the company provides innovative, automated solutions to produce goods smarter, safer, and at lower operating costs. Headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, FlexLink has operating units in 27 countries and partners in more than 60 countries.At FlexLink, I led the digital strategy for the website and landing pages for various markets, improving SEM and analytics. I also managed the technical and content aspects of the website relaunch, including the transition to GA4 and consent management. After that, I implemented marketing automation via CRM, streamlining lead gen and customer engagement processes via web forms. Additionally, I was able to drive communications, including media relations, and exhibitions, also fostering collaboration with Coesia group companies at joint events.

CMBlu develops stationary energy storage systems for various grid applications and to enable a nationwide charging infrastructure for electric mobility.As a Digital Marketing Manager at CMBlu, I developed and implemented digital B2B marketing strategies for stationary energy storage systems, helping to provide a nationwide charging infrastructure for e-mobility, renewable energy storage, and industrial sites’ sustainability. I also developed and executed marketing initiatives covering social media, SEO, and public relations.Other than that, I had the chance to drive corporate identity and led successful award nominations, including Handelsblatt Energy Award, STEP Award, and Startup Energy Transition.

mozaiq.io was a Germany-based startup with an international approach, powered by ABB, Bosch and Cisco. We provided a B2B platform to achieve interoperability of all cloud-based IoT products and -services independent of brands or ecosystems.At the beginning of my engagement with mozaiq, I had the chance to support the business plan for this joint venture of ABB, Bosch and Cisco to achieve interoperability of cloud-based IoT.In my role, I oversaw all marketing and communication initiatives, including refining the brand identity in line with strategic shifts. I drove launch campaigns and exhibition participations, enhancing brand visibility and market presence. Furthermore, I managed media relations and content marketing, achieving significant improvements in brand recognition and customer engagement.

Founded in 2003, redcoon quickly became one of the largest online discount retailers in the German-speaking market, offering a wide range of products from consumer electronics and appliances to sporting goods and office supplies. In 2011, redcoon was acquired by Media-Saturn-Holding and fully integrated into the company in 2013.As redcoon's first dedicated Social Media Manager (2012-2016), I developed Facebook into a successful social selling channel. I was in charge of the complete social media presence and the correspondent piece of their digital marketing strategy. My role included executing e-commerce campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing channels. In the later years I supported the TV campaigns and web episodes with community management and a dedicated fan event during the 2014 World Cup. I also led media and influencer relations, ensuring consistent brand and product messaging. Additionally, I managed redcoon's owned community platform and video content projects and oversaw the editorial content of corporate communications. While my focus was on social media, content and community management, I also gained valuable experience supporting knowledgeable colleagues in SEO, Adwords, and Email campaigns. My efforts significantly boosted brand awareness and engagement and drove substantial traffic and sales to redcoon's e-commerce platform.
