My aim is to achieve sustainable and lasting effects with my work. This applies to my professional as well as my personal goals. That is one of the reasons why I engage in politics respectively political processes. On the one hand in order to recognise mid and long term developments, on the other hand to keep an eye on the future I envision and how to contribute to that. All the same, I want to have a positive effect on my job and contribute to my organisation's overall success. Mein Anspruch an mich ist, dass meine Tätigkeiten einen nachhaltigen Effekt hinterlassen sollen. Das gilt im Beruf wie im Privaten. Daher beschäftige ich mich in meiner Freizeit sehr viel mit Politik bzw. politischen Prozessen um einerseits mittel- bis langfristige Entwicklungen zu erkennen, anderseits dabei aber auch immer im Blick zu haben, wie ich mir die Zukunft vorstelle und welchen Beitrag ich dazu leisten kann. Genauso will ich, dass mein Einsatz im Beruf einen positiven Effekt hat und zum allgemeinen Geschäftserfolg beiträgt.
