I currently manage the operational fraud teams fro both Homechoice and Finchoice within the group. I also manage the Outsource and recoveries team.

I look after the Forensic and Customer processing team managers and their teams for HomeChoice Retail.

I am involved in providing analytical assistance to the Ops team and business.I run and set up reports to monitor Fraud.I am involved in providing insights,strategic thinking as well as solutions driven analytics aimed at minimising fraud within the business.

I am responsible for the updating and maintaining of forecasting models to do with customer acquisition,revenue and regional opportunities and low hanging fruit. Developing Forecasting models to predict buying behavior,product development and customer attrition rates.I maintain the relationship with outside list providers for prospects,I look for and investigate opportunities within the business to grow the customer base as well as working closely with the marketing teams to make effective customer selections for marketing campaigns.

I was involved in the setting up and executing of marketing campaigns,the analysis of the results as well as the reporting on those results. I work with SAS(Enterprise guide,Digital marketing and CI Studio), SQL and microsoft excel on a daily basis.

I worked on the Nestle,Colgate and Kimberly Clark accounts providing data analysis,reports as well as presentations on an ongoing basis.
