Managed all aspects of Mobius® operations across two plant-sites. Developed a state of the art single-use disposables bio-manufacturing operation in Danvers, MA.

• Responsible for greater than $500M in spend across a supply base of over 3,000.• Developed new capability and capacity within supply chain, in early collaborative engagement with design and subcontract partnering with key large teammates.• Transformed the traditional elements of supply chain and reduced costs by over 35%.• Drove e-connectivity throughout the organization and with supplier partners, reducing manual transactions and increasing e-collaboration by 65% respectively. Outsourced low dollar procurement execution reducing internal acquisition volume by 60%.• Implemented a commodity management team structure and drove commodity strategy development to establish preferred suppliers and rationalize supplier base.• Improved supplier management and increased supplier engagement. • Lead a $300M Circuit Card Assembly business across all Raytheon businesses. • Responsible for over 800 employees across 2 plant-sites (>200,000 square feet), • Lead a diverse multi-functional leadership team including Operations, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Development, Quality, Six Sigma, IT and HR.• Transformed the COE into a high performance, competitive and growing internal supplier for Raytheon Defense, improving on-time delivery to 99%, increasing customer focus and satisfaction, reducing defects by over 45% while reducing costs by over 10% using Six Sigma continuous improvement and lean techniques. • Drove multi-million dollar strategic capital and technology investments to establish one of the largest Circuit Card Assembly businesses in the Defense industry. • Recognized with the 2003 Raytheon Operational Excellence award.

Created and lead a $60M Aerospace services business unit (130 colleagues) including repair and overhaul service centers, spare parts distribution warehousing, field service engineering and retrofit product improvements for all AMETEK Aerospace instruments. Service markets include worldwide aircraft users (i.e. commercial airlines, regional airlines, and military). P&L responsibility with focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, global market expansion, acquisitions and alliances.

Internal change leader of a pilot program to introduce continuous flow manufacturing and participative culture to the Aerospace Division. Managed shop operations, materials, and production engineering functions within the pilot. Results included cycle time reduction of 86%, inventory reduction of 17% with 47% increase in sales (turns from 5 to 10), on-time delivery improvement from 78% to 95%, long-term agreements and Kanbans with key suppliers, and implementation of self-directed teams. Results recognized with annual Corporate Total Quality Award for 1998 (Dr. John H. Lux Total Quality Accomplishment Award).
