I will be working in the Accounting Advisory Services and Audit practices for three years. This program will provide me with a well-rounded perspective in both practices, which will help me differentiate myself from my peers and elevate my career.

As a rides operator at Canobie Lake Park during Covid-19, I improved upon my conflict resolution skills when dealing with customers to ensure that they had a safe and enjoyable experience when visiting the park. This experience improved my collaboration skills since we worked in teams around the park to ensure that everyone fulfilled their respective roles and followed all of the proper safety precautions during this unusual time.Key Achievements:- Followed strict safety regulations through the collaboration of all my teammates.- Assisted in training employees for the rides in my department.- Relieved tense situations between customers and staff members regarding Covid-19 policies.

As a Cashier at Market Basket, I improved my communication skills from this job because I was able to communicate with so many people at the checkout aisles. We would normally work in teams of 20 at the checkout aisle. We all had to assign jobs to one another and we would switch off as we pleased but we needed to function as a team. This will help me as I go into your workspace as I am already accustomed to being in and working with a team.Key Achievements:- Managed checkout aisle.- Trained new employees and taught them how to work at the checkout aisles.- Collaborated as a team on certain tasks involving a cashier and bagger.
