• Managing a 4-level operations team, consisted of a 130 employees and a fleet of 52 LCV's. • Preparing the annual operating and capital expenditure budget for the distribution department.• Developing manpower forecasts, and analyzing financial/ operational data.• Drive and implement the business plan to achieve facility goals (e.g. productivity, quality, safety) and implement operational improvements. • Supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of associates.• Insure compliance with Company Quality and safety standards, policies and directives.
