My inquisitive nature as a mechanical engineer has benefited from experience in both the aeronautical and automotive industries, where I was responsible for designing and processing tests respectively.I am currently taking part in the development of a domestic, automated ironing machine, which stretches my capabilities as I'm constantly being tested. My experiences to date have seen the development of components and sub-systems, from concept through to manufacture, designing relevant tests and optimising accordingly.

Throughout my time here, I have been introduced to various dilemmas and encouraged to identify any possible means of overcoming them. This experience also required a delicate and precise method of working in order to ensure components do not get damaged through assembly.
