As Production line Engineer of the company, my responsibilities; - Supervise all production functions and personnel to ensure that production goals are met, - Preparing the dyes formulation and check the final result of color shade,- Improve existing processes, optimize formulas- Manage shift overtime, including scheduling and hours,- Understanding what are the top reasons for lost time, lost output, and poor quality and taking appropriate corrective actions,- Identify, product specifications and quality control measures

As a Quality Control Engineer I was responsible for;- Retain an up-to-date knowledge of analytical techniques and equipment,- Assist with the identification of alternative test methods and/or equipment to improve efficiency and maximise throughput of testing in the laboratories,- Ensure that tasks relating to quality standards and procedures are carried out in the specified manner,- Ensure that resources are allocated and activities are scheduled to provide an accurate and timely service to support business requirements,- Ensure that Quality Management Documents are raised and closed out promptly.

As a Quality Control Engineer of the Yachting Protection, which is largest company in Europe in mega yacht sector, my responsibilities;- Supervise actively and control daily basis ongoing coatings, painting and allied activities of the mega yachts at the construction site.- Inspecting that all the stages of work are conducted according to the engineering design specifications,- Detection of tasks that need particular attention and the preparation of any necessary preventive and corrective action plans for quality deficiencies and non-conformances. - Undertake the checking of the surface preparation of the yacht under “repair”, the coating quality, WFT, DFT and weather conditions (e.g. RH, dew point), the surface cleanliness, the chloride, adhesion and shore D, tests. - Ensure, final inspection of the conducted work, including indicatively the visual inspection (such as sags, blisters, dust), the testing of the painting equipment, the final measurements (DOI, Gloss, Orange Peel etc) and the compliance with the international and the company’s standards.

During my army service, I was responsible for;- Quality control of the jet fuel (JP8) and the diesel fuel,- Analysis of samples from tank containers of the Hellenic Army in Rhodes daily,- Analysis for water tracing, ice protection and conductivity measurements- Measurements prior to the flight exercises of helicopters.
