Marketing & Public Relations, Financial & Accounting and Administration duties are among the main functions of HEMEXPO Administrative Officer job position:- Liaising and networking with companies' members, customers and partner organizations- Arranging business missions and B2B meetings- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships- Compiling of formal correspondence with governmental bodies, maritime companies and associations - Responsible for organizing HEMEXPO companies' participation in exhibitions worldwide (Singapore, China, South Korea, Germany, The Netherlands, USA, UAE)- Maintaining and updating information on the company's website and social media sites (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)- Monthly e-newsletters preparation- Processing and reviewing legal documents (company's Statute, contracts etc)- Creating annual budget and monitoring income and expenses data- Compilation of MoU/MoC between HEMEXPO and strategic partners
