Responsible for direct oversight of the Professional Services organization including Project Management and Engineering.

Responsibilities include day to day operations of the Data Center, IT Help Desk, Infrastructure team, and Facilities departments.

Responsible for all of the network and server infrastructure including 120 Wintel servers, large Citrix Xenapp farm, Routing and Switching, and Disaster Recovery of all systems. Implemented Exchange 2003 and 2010, upgraded to Citrix Presentation Server 6.5. Planned and executed installations of Symantec Enterprise Vault for Microsoft Exchange Server for compliance. Implemented various EMC SANs and Vmware Vsphere for high availability and server virtualization and consolidation. Familiar with HP server equipment, Cisco routing and switching, Bluecoat Systems, Fat Pipe Systems. Implemented VEEAM backup solution for virtual backups and off site storage. Currently manage a team of info tech professionals ranging from Help Desk to Systems and Network Engineers.

Was responsible for planning DR, migration of a frame-relay network to MPLS, implementing Microsoft Exchange server 2003, server monitoring, Lefthand Networks SAN implementation.

Worked on a global team with 45 sites to manage for a wide area network. Was hands on in the Primary data center performing various tasks working with IBM Hardware and Cisco Hardware.
