Talent Fulfillment Analyst
CurrentRESPONSIBILITES:• Schedule resources from respective resource pools to clients maximising company revenue• Match resource skillsets against client open and future demand to fulfill client requirements• Analyse, monitor and forecast resource availability, utilisation and client roll off dates• Management information reporting outlining headcount, assignments, resource movement and future availability• Analyse and report resource chargeability within each resource pool• Support Senior Leadership and work closely with other resource pools Analyst’s, HR Advisors and Client Demand SpecialistsACHIEVEMENTS:• Nominated (July 2013) for 2 HR awards and won “Best Achiever (for going the extra mile)”
