A driven and meticulous visual thinker, skilled with Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign (or QuarkXpress should you require) and Acrobat, I love to play and invent in the Adobe Creative space and transfer the images in my head onto the page and screen.I have been a professional Graphic Designer and ‘glasses wearing creative type’ for over 13 years at a combination of agency and in-house teams. During my career I have worked on every aspect of design including (but not limited to) Brand Identity, Advertising, Point of Sale, Large Format, Packaging, Catalogues, Product launches, Product design, Design for Web, Signage and Exhibitions. At my previous employer I oversaw every aspect of the marketing department as the company grew from ambitious start-up to a £20m+ market leader. However, frustrated by the lack of progression opportunities and limited reach, during a company downsizing I jumped at the offer of redundancy in order to further pursue my ambition to be a member of a creative team whose outlook for great design and visual communication is as passionate as mine.Now a free agent, I am splitting my time seeking a full time position in a truly creative atmosphere and utilising my talents as an experienced Graphic Designer by working independently producing a variety of graphic material for a growing list of clients.
