Rubin. I assisted her with compilation of documentation for litigation.During my successful career as a healthcare Executive Assistant I assisted in the revamping of a severely out of date policy manual for our medical staff reference.I created an Access database system that tracked my department's contracts/agreements to assure none fell through the cracks. The system I created was later used as the base for creating the main contract tracking system for the corporation, with some minor tweaks to make it work for all entities. By using "Share Point" software, I created our corporation's internal intranet site that would later house division specific sites for employee's ease of access to policies and forms that needed to be located quickly.I was responsible for moving four different Boards record systems from a paper to the paperless board meeting software, "Board Net". This included creating a site for each Board, uploading each Board' previous meeting materials for several years, including meeting minutes, addendum, bylaws, etc. for access during Board Meetings. I trained the secretaries on uploading materials onto the site and later trained the Board Members and President on the use of each site I had created, in an effort to help with a smooth transition from paper to electronic meeting material.
