• Negotiated the Aviation Maintenance Support Program Contract for FY2020 & 2021. Projected fleet health, manpower, and facility considerations to optimize fleet sustainability in support of pilot training requirements.• Accomplished the organizations first ever dual deployments. Coordinated training requirements/ business travel for 137 members, prioritized 137K tons of cargo, and secured international transportation for 5 organizations. Ensured timely delivery of both teams to Africa and the Middle East in under 4 months.

Coordinated efforts of 7 agencies to establish/refurbish 12 mission critical facilities servicing 4 organizations.• Leveraged trend data to address and rectify critical engine shortage in a combat zone. Resolved yearlong shortage in 3 months.• Authored and led complex logistics plan to enable first ever simultaneous replacement of 3 organizations at an austere location.
