I was laid off with 12,000 other colleagues on March 31, 2024 after 31 years of employment. I have 15 years of accounting and customer service experience. Along with the many skills I possess, I have trained new incoming employees on daily tasks. I work daily via email/phone communication with internal and external customers. I also used a multitude of computer systems, including Microsoft Office. I have excellent customer and management reviews that can be provided if needed. My daily job included auditing various accounts while helping specific customers adjust multiple billing issues all while under tight time constraints. I am first call dispute resolution with international billing imports and exports. I carry organizational awareness, attention to detail and multitasking to complete my daily job. I have accomplished many tasks over the years including being recommended for leadership roles such as a team leader. I feel confident knowing I can do much more that is asked of me.
