Current● Manage receiving and inventory of incoming materials, ensuring accuracy through regular audits.● Develop and implement efficient tracking methods for all deliveries.● Utilize warehouse management software to track, locate, and fulfill customer orders of various weights and sizes.● Train and mentor all receiving associates on policies, procedures, and logistics related to shipment receiving and inventory management.● Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks to maintain high product standards.● Coordinate shipments for maximum efficiency, meticulously preparing all necessary paperwork (BOLs, permits, etc.).● Create detailed support tickets and maintain comprehensive records for issue resolution.● Identify and execute process improvements to optimize warehouse operations.● Ensure strict compliance with warehouse safety standards through regular inspections.● Create shipping labels and schedule product pickups using UPS and FedEx software.
