- Maintain open communication with tenants to proactively handle questions and complaints.- Respond promptly and effectively to out-of-hours emergencies such as maintenance needs and criminal incidents.- Handle 3 manual audits every shift to ensure the system was working correctly - Format reports detailing important information for higher-ups after untoward situations

- Manage all of club’s fundings and budgeting.- Connect with the student government and student resource center on how to earn and use fundings.- Submit budget proposal to the student government.- Keep Track of all transactions on the ledger.- Hosted successful fundraisers that generated hundreds of dollars for future events.

- Managed the other track leads (marketing, consulting, and accounting) to make sure they are on top of deadlines for the Smith in the City Trip.- Coordinate with everyone to make sure everything is going smoothly for the trip.- Update Events Committee VP about the track leads work and manage bi-weekly meetings.

At the Office of Student Orientation and Transition, our mission is to assist new undergraduate students in their transition to the University of Maryland, College Park. Our office is dedicated to hiring a well-rounded, diverse student staff that is reflective of the student population we serve. As part of the New Student Orientation Staff, you will have the opportunity to enhance your public speaking and leadership skills, learn to work on a team, and develop relationships with your peers, as well as UMD faculty and staff.

- Booked a minimum of 10 appointments per day and answered questions about prices, management, and quality- Accommodate guests in the waiting area and at the front desk- Directed clients to their sitting arrangements once the nail technician was ready for them- Organized all the nail products and tools to make sure the nail spa looks professional
