As an ergonomics specialist, I perform a variety of tasks beginning with providing ergonomic assessments to employees in discomfort by observing, analyzing and documenting workers’ movements (biomechanics) and actions, and then presenting behavior and equipment recommendations. I consult with clients on ways to control workplace hazards and create a safe and productive environment. I may also train the employees on proper procedures, body positioning, and stretching/exercises to strengthen and prevent possible repetitive stress injuries.

Responsible for evaluating clients overall health, with special attention to cardiovascular function and metabolism. Duties include development of individualized exercise prescriptions to increase physical fitness, strength, endurance, and flexibility. Design customized exercise programs to meet health care needs and functional performance goals of geriatric patients.

Physician Recruiter• Act as the primary, communicative link between Maven Exams and a potential physician, specifically in the Designated Doctor industry. Duties include conducting interviews, calling and meeting potential designated doctors, and attending physician seminars in attempt of promoting our company and educating potential recruits. Director of Functional Testing• Responsible for designing and implementing strategy, procedures, equipment and policies for the FCE department. Manage the team by scheduling and the operation of all of the facility's equipment. Ensures the accuracy of testing and handles all technical troubleshooting. Also responsible for maintaining patients comfort and safety, ensuring FCE team meets testing and report deadlines and delivers a useful product to our physicians to help determine claimant’s functional status.

Functional Capacity Technician• Responsible for traveling to various locations to perform FCE’s on claimants for validity reasons or to determine their return to work capabilities. Responsibilities include performing the physical test and completing the report process in a timely manner. Also responsible for working with the doctors and assisting them with range of motion for their Designated Doctors Exams.

Physical Therapy Technician Responsible for organizing charts and preparing records for day’s clients visits. Liaison between office and client doctors on receiving preapproval on physical therapy activities. Also responsible for ensuring office equipment is in good working order. Exercise Physiologist Responsible for running customized wellness programs to fit each client’s individual needs. Client base is currently made up of aging seniors. Wellness program includes everything from simple cardio activities for blood circulation to weight lifting for building muscle tone. Provide great interaction skills and positive attitude to encourage and interact with clients.
