I was retained following the sale of Simply Baked, LLC to spearhead and guide the integration of the company to Sophistiplate. In doing so, I introduced customers and suppliers to the new operational and organizational structure while focusing on Top 10 Accounts, Product Development and Marketing, and more. I drove revenue increases year-over-year in a competitive space and successfully integrated two brands into one concise and effective product story in just 12 months.

I founded, led, and grew a successful CPG company that was acquired in 2018. As President and CEO, I built and leveraged relationships with international and domestic suppliers, conducted in-depth market research to continuously grow pipeline stream and grow market shares, and consistently exceeded annual sales goals via strict P&L management. I also managed all aspects of the business, including 11 cross-functional sales, accounting, IT, marketing, distribution, packaging, and customer relationship management employees. During my tenure, I created three vertical sales markets for key products and enabled year-over-year market share growth. I also designed a paper straw sourcing model months before the industry exploded, thereby achieving a large-scale licensing agreement with a major food service distributor, Hoffmaster.

I founded, built, and led a successful company that created and implemented private label programs for leading sports apparel companies including Nike, Powerbar, Saucony, Schwinn Bicycle, and others. In doing so, I created and integrated a brand-new sports marketing and warehouse fulfillment division to further drive company growth and diversity client bases. I guided the successful sale of the company in 2005, thereby combining the Product Development, Sports Marketing and Warehouse Fulfillment Divisions into one company.
