I have approximately 7 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. I am currently working as a Litigation Adjuster at AmTrust North America where I handle Commercial Auto and General Liability injury claims. I enjoy what I do. Keeping a positive outlook is important to me as I continue to develop and cultivate my technical bench strength. I thoroughly enjoy learning all of the different aspects of litigation, recognizing exposures, successfully negotiationing and planning for positive claim outcomes for my customers.I also have a passion and great appreciation for seeing other people learn and become more confident and successful in the workplace. I enjoy helping others become better versions of themselves by overcoming obstacles and attaining their goals. I've learned that when we acknowledge and face our fears, we can release hindrances in our work and family lives. Using those lessons to help others grow and move forward is extremely rewarding to me. *My prior experience includes 15 years as a Customer Service Specialist at the home office for AT&T. I managed Federal Government accounts for the majority of my time there. I worked as the liason between the clients and our sales, service, repair and billing departments to ensure that the customers needs were met and any issues were resolved quickly. When I’m not on the job, I love spending time with my family, walking my dog, watching This Is Us, attending concerts and indulging my love for seeing new places. I most recently visisted Catalina Island. The view from the top was breathtaking. I'm looking forward to my next getaway.
