I am a nationally board-certified health and wellness functional health coach dedicated to helping clients restore their gut health. By using targeted supplements to deep-clean the gut lining and re-establish a balanced microbiome with the highest-quality probiotics, I empower clients to reclaim their overall health and transform their lives.Having faced challenges in finding effective solutions for my health through traditional medicine, I initially struggled to understand my body and communicate my symptoms. This experience sparked my journey of self-discovery and experimentation to heal my metabolic issues. Along the way, I gained valuable insights from industry leaders like Dr. Mark Hyman, Dhru Purohit, and Chris Kresser.As I began to help others informally, I quickly realized that I needed more skills to guide them in successfully transforming their lifestyles. This realization motivated me to become a certified functional health coach, allowing me to enhance my influence and provide valuable support in their health journeys.Moving forward, I will leverage my motivational interviewing skills to ensure clients feel truly heard and supported. Together, we will co-create personalized health plans that align with their unique needs. My goal is to empower clients with the knowledge to understand their bodies, instilling the confidence they need to take charge of their health. As they become more adept at expressing their symptoms, they will be better equipped to seek expert advice, leading to more accurate diagnoses and effective treatments.
