Managing a team of 25 employees, including other managers. Responsible for compliance, security, processes documentation, facility support, and bargaining unit contract adherence for multiple factories across the Missile Systems Operations portfolio.

Team lead for Factory process management including safety, security, training, certifications, labor compliance, etc. Specifically supporting factories with Energetic Integration across four states.

Was the Initiative Lead for Direct Material projects to drive costs down within a the Supply Base across the entire Business Unit. Responsible for delivering to cost reduction targets through innovative idea generation, business case analysis, and project management. Identified tens of millions of dollars in savings opportunities over a five year period.Continued on special affordability project for addressing on-time delivery concerns, targeting program execution teams. Lead a team of individuals including executive level engagements and alignment. Conducted a large scale leadership offsite forum to communicate, inspire and elevate these teams.

Selected to run all process improvement activities for a department of approximately 80 employees. Tasks included efficiency projects, compliance activities, teaching classes, and representing business unit on Corporate Council.

Worked as the Cost Account Manager on an Earner Value Management (EVM) program and sole Supply Chain representative accountable for the development of a new product. Saw this activity through early implementation phase through to Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP). Obtained Corporate MPN certification through training, development of key Material Strategies, meeting objective evidence and concluding with an executive level presentation.Later became team lead over larger section of program including multiple variants as well as strategic efforts including technology upgrades, proposal activities, foreign offset, etc. overall budget responsibilities exceeded $150M.

Multiple procurement roles from rental equipment to cables and harnesses. Learned about FAR requirements and complicated compliance structures for acquiring items under government contracts.
