• Manage subcontractors for different scopes of work within the project to meet the construction schedule laid out by the site superintendent. • Prepare daily construction reports based on on-site production and compare them with the baseline schedule set by the project manager. • Ensure that the construction plans laid out by the architect and engineers are followed by the subcontractors on-site. • Ensure that the specifications of construction materials, as specified by the architect, are followed by the trades on-site. • Calculate the quantity take-off for concrete and schedule the delivery of reinforcing bars (rebar) based on the structural drawings and shop drawings provided by the supplier. • Manage and schedule concrete testing technicians according to site requirements. • Manage and schedule surveyors for the site as per the project's needs. • Procure equipment and materials to support construction on-site from suppliers through an invitation to quote and subsequent purchase order. • Act as a liaison between subcontractors, architects, and engineers when technical issues arise on-site. • Build strong relationships with various consultants and clients throughout the course of construction. • Act as a site supervisor in the absence of the site superintendent. • Assist in creating a safe work environment throughout the job site and ensure compliance with safety and record-keeping requirements.

-Assist the project manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising operations including crew and equipment. -Read and understand blueprints and interpret data, perform quantity-take off from these data using Microsoft excel. -The coordinate material procurement process, manage suppliers to bring out a healthy relationship, and timely delivery of materials. -Consistently and precisely determine all quantities in terms of materials, labor and machinery hence prepare a quotation and if required calculate the scope and cost of sub-contracting, review, and analyses sub-contractor quotes. -Monitor planned project estimates with actual costs and control costs and schedule for timely delivery of projects, then prepare a weekly report for the project manager. -Develop a good relationship with all levels of stakeholders, like clients, engineers, architects, and suppliers. -Oversee construction operation from site to site to ensure timely delivery of the project within budget.

- Periodically inspect job sites for quality audits like rebar placement, concreting, and many more with respect to the standards laid in design specification and observe whether safety protocols are being followed by workers and subcontractors. - Develop detailed drawings of structural elements for proper casting and framework production.- Participate in material testing in lab and site, and assist quality engineers to maintain compliance with the design specifications. - Develop revised construction drawings using Autocad, and document cost estimate to complete change orders as per the client’s new requirements.- Assist the Project manager in maintaining and managing the RFI process, shop drawings and submittal logs, and contract documents.- Assist Project manager in obtaining building and specialty permits from local jurisdiction agencies. - Perform quantity take-offs, track billing with the project estimate, material procurement, and prepare detailed reports.- Develop and maintain a good working relationship between subcontractors, clients, and the management team.
