About Christy Silva

I’m an executive and organizational coach who partners with revolutionary leaders to elevate their game and deepen their impact. I have a special fondness for purpose-driven, productive disruptors who are ready to put in the work to master their craft and become exceptional. I obsess over what makes my clients tick, approaching the coaching conversation with deep listening, provocative questioning and constructive challenges to make the biggest difference for them and their teams. I bring a systemic perspective and a rare combination of benevolence and candor to my work.I’ve honed an expertise in organizational leadership in HR business partnering roles and have built a reputation as a progressive HRBP, the one always pushing to innovate, make big bets on talent and unproven but promising programs, having an urge to test, fail, learn, and then go big for an ever-greater impact. I insist on anchoring my approach to talent data and insights, with a determined eye on the strategic direction of an organization. I bring non-obvious insights to diagnosis, prescribing highly customized solutions. I’m proud of building leadership teams with 50/50 gender splits, and management ranks at 63% female – but the real fulfillment came later when those folks brought the house down with their results.To complement my Business degree and MBA work, I have a graduate-level coaching certification from Columbia University and am steeped in the disciplines of neuroscience, psychology, adult learning, and human performance.I am a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, a research community of business professionals, providing insights and perspective on the world of management and leadership.
